Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns work at Stellies Tech.

7-day cooling-off: You may cancel your order and return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them, as provided for by South African electronic transactions law. Email us at sales@stellies.tech with your order number and we will arrange the return.

Faulty or incorrect items: If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 6 months of delivery. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, we will repair, replace or refund it, at no cost to you. Many products also carry a manufacturer warranty, and we will help you claim on it.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Return costs: We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return cost.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
